We are looking for a Graduate Landscape Architect to be based in Warrington, joining our 2025 Graduate Programme.
Joining our market leading Landscape team, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals on a diverse range of projects, primarily focused on the water industry. From large-scale wetland creation and habitat restoration to localized Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) and stormwater management, your work will have a positive impact on communities and the environment.
Please note, you will need a valid UK drivers license to be considered for this position.
The ideal candidate for this graduate position will have strong report writing skills, particularly experience in authoring or contributing to Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIAs) or similar documents. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, is highly desirable, as are hand-drawn sketching skills. Finally, a basic understanding of the UK planning system, including relevant guidance, policy context, and landscape planning processes, is expected.
Day to day, you will support senior members of the team with a variety of tasks including:
- Developing and preparing drawings for planning, tender and construction purposes.
- Attending and assisting in preparation for internal and external meetings.
- Developing and preparing sketch work and illustrative materials.
- Drafting of reports, including LVIAs.
- Researching project briefs, precedents, case studies, materials and construction products; and
- Landscape fieldwork and surveys.
