Stantec, a globally recognized leader in water and natural resources, is seeking a talented Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Leeds. We partner with key clients as strategic advisors, setting the gold standard in the industry according to NCE listings.

As our client relationships continue to grow and we secure new programmes of work, we now have an opportunity for a Principal Process Engineer to join the team in our new Leeds office.
 

In this pivotal role, you'll play a leading part in delivering ground-breaking water projects. You'll leverage your technical expertise to support project managers and ensure flawless execution – meeting cost, schedule, and quality objectives while exceeding client expectations.

You will also be involved in mentoring & developing of team of Process Engineers in Leeds and develop strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams throughout the business.
 
About You
 

You'll excel if you possess:

  • A degree in Chemical/Process Engineering (or equivalent) and a passion for the water industry.
  • Proven experience leading and developing project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • The ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions and guide project execution effectively.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience managing staff and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
