Project Technical Lead

In our role as Strategic Planning Partner, Stantec is working in partnership with Yorkshire Water and wider stakeholders to develop innovative, sustainable and efficient solutions to their needs by applying genuinely new ways of working. Key to our future is the growth of our process team to support both the water and the energy sector and currently we are looking for a Project Technical Lead. Working from home or our Leeds Office, you will take a lead role delivering a challenging capital programme for Yorkshire Water. Leading our team of global experts, you will use your knowledge and experience to deliver effective solutions for our clients and the communities around us.

The role requirements are:

  • Provide technical direction to multi-disciplinary project teams during the Definition phase of design projects
  • Mentor and coach our team of process engineers to continue their journey to become world leaders in their field
  • Lead the digital delivery strategy from process modelling, mass balances to P&IDs
  • Build lasting relationships with our clients
  • Maintain Stantec’s high quality standards through our Quality Assurance process

About You

To be considered for this opportunity you must be Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Engineering, Science, Business Studies or other relevant subject with significant experience of project controls in a large programme environment.  You must possess excellent understanding and working knowledge of Primavera (P6).
