Sitting as part of the Infrastructure & Buildings Bid Team in Reading, we are looking to appoint a Bid Coordinator to support our work winning opportunities. We have been continually growing our presence in the UK market and now we look forward to a period of further expansion.

As our Bid Coordinator, you will operate under the direction and guidance of an assigned Bid Manager, providing an approachable and flexible service to support a range of regional, and occasional national, public/private sector bids in the UK. You will also work closely with other Regional Bid Coordinators and our technical teams to support the creation and delivery of high-quality bid submission documents including, EOIs, PQQs, ITTs and interview/presentation documentation.

About You

The role requires a motivated individual with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential. Experience in a previous bidding/business development role and understanding of a bid process and the dynamics of a bid team would be a strong advantage.

Other Key skills include:

  • Strong time and project management skills with ability to prioritise
  • Ability to work collaboratively with both internal clients and external clients
  • Advanced Microsoft skills eg Office 365
  • Previous experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign and Illustrator would be advantageous to this role, as well as creative flair and an interest in info graphic design
  • Logical and approachable team player
  • Creative, with an enquiring mind
  • Adaptable and has a sense of fun
