Thanks to our reputation in the market, our pipeline of work has continued to grow and so we are looking to appoint a Senior Wastewater Network Modeller to join us in our new Manchester Office. You will be working as part of a nationwide modelling discipline made up of personnel from across 11 UK offices and a team in Pune, whilst becoming a key part of a new team growing in Manchester.
If successful, you will provide guidance & training, and promote staff development within the discipline. You will assist with bids and the preparation of cost estimates within our project frameworks, and take part in the planning, programming, and coordinating of urban drainage projects.
You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team , along with our clients and consultant/contractor partners, collaborating to deliver projects throughout the UK & Ireland. This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious and innovative team of engineers, working on a specialist modelling framework whilst contributing to industry leading projects.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this opportunity you will be degree qualified in Civil Engineering, or other relevant subject, and be a member of an industry relevant institution e.g. ICE, CIWEM. You'll have previous experience of leading projects in an urban drainage environment and be able to demonstrate technical experience covering a wide range of urban drainage modelling activities (including a full working knowledge of InfoWorks ICM).
You will have experience in the management and development of staff as well as the ability to integrate well into a team and provide technical leadership to other modelling staff as a leader in an urban drainage environment with an excellent client service focus.
