Our Stantec HR UK&I team are a passionate team of HR professionals supporting a UK&I region of 1600+ talented engineers, scientist and functional support staff. We are seeking a Talent & Engagement Business Partner on a permanent basis.
The role will see you be the subject matter expert in Talent Management and Employee Engagement. Working alongside the Head of Client Services and the HR Business Partners, you will design and implement resources and tools with the business and HR peers. You will be experienced in delivering best practice and keep up with key trends in Talent Management and Employee Engagement. You will be passionate about developing and retaining our talent. Project management skills are required to deliver on competing tasks. You will be responsible for the annual Stantec UK&I Awards and bi-annual Global Employee Engagement Survey, as well as other engagement events, excellent communication is therefore essential.
You will have previous experience of Talent Management system implementation and be able to work around the global time zones. Previous experience of working with Talent Hub is desired.
You will have prior experience of working in a large, complex, fast paced and changing environment where results focused perspective is essential.

About You
You will possess a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources Management, Business, Social Sciences, or a related discipline. CIPD level 5 is essential and working towards CIPD level 7 and being accredited to Chartered Member level is desired.
Engaging with stakeholders at all levels will be your strength. Specific emphasis on experience in influencing change, coaching and challenging leaders is essential. Innovation and creativity in designing solutions for stakeholders is vital. Being highly adaptable and resilient will aid your success.
This position requires travelling and working extended hours as needed.
Essentially you are pro-active who can communicate effectively as we continue to operate remotely due to COVID-19. You pride yourself on your customer service, coupled with your confident manner which will enable you liaise comfortably with our stakeholders.
